It takes a community to serve a community.

Here at Food for Thought, we believe that it takes a community to serve a community. That is why we are proud to be partners of these local businesses. We invite you to come to the cafe and experience the fruits of The Cookie Guy’s and Coffee del Rey’s culinary craftsmanship and coffee magic in person at our cafe.  Our website and social media person, Katherine Battle, also does freelance work for businesses and non-profits. You can contact them directly and find out more on how they can serve you by visiting their websites and social media pages.

Nicknamed our “Social Media Guru”, Katherine has worked with us since 2017, developing and maintaining our website and social media. Currently, she is continuing to help other small businesses in the area from her home in McKinney. In her spare time, she loves reading, blogging and hanging out with her service dog, Nottingham.

Coffee del Rey has served the Plano area for many years and we are proud to have partnered with them for the last 8 of our 9 years of existence. Their company is not only committed to serving quality coffee, but also instigating positive change to the world by giving a portion of their proceeds to North Texas Food Bank.
